Admission is free. Preregistration is required.

Tina Barney is a photographer best known for turning her camera on what she knows—her own friends and family. She does not pose her subjects nor arrange the settings of her photographs, but aims her camera into the scene and captures what she sees. Lately, Barney has turned her discriminating eye to small towns, where she documents elements of American life that are becoming scarce.

Sign up for the waiting list for the Amy Sillman and Tina Barney programs. Registration for the Tejo Remy program will take place in early March.

To receive registration and program information, sign up for the Family Programs E-news.

Sign language interpretation can be scheduled for any Conversations with Contemporary Artists: The Family Edition with at least two weeks advanced notice by calling (212) 408-6347 or (212) 247-1230 (TTY) or e-mailing accessprograms@moma.org.
